Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Design Leader to lead our design team. You will be responsible for creative direction, managing daily design tasks, and ensuring high-quality visuals across all digital touchpoints.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the design team.
  • Review and approve design outputs to ensure brand consistency and user-friendliness.
  • Maintain and develop design systems, templates, and libraries.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Development teams.
  • Coach and support junior designers to improve their skills and performance.

Must Have

  • 2+ years of experience in digital design.
  • Proficient in design tools: Figma, Adobe, Canva,...
  • Able to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects.
  • Strong portfolio showing creativity, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  • Basic English communication is required (verbal & written).

Nice to have

  • Good understanding of user experience, layout, typography, and responsive design.
  • Additional languages
  • Experience in leading or mentoring other designers is a big plus.
  • Strong analytical skills.
