LMC provides operational and developmental support services for businesses or sellers on e-commerce platforms. Our service usage policy helps clarify the rights and responsibilities of both customers and LMC during the provision and use of the service.


Service Usage Conditions

Registration Information: Customers must provide accurate personal and business information when registering for the service. Any false or incomplete information may affect our service provision process.


Purpose of Use: LMC's services must only be used for legal purposes and must not violate the laws of Vietnam. Customers may not use our services for fraudulent purposes, defamation, or infringement of third-party rights.


Compliance: Customers agree to comply with the regulations, guidelines, and policies related to the service set forth by LMC. Any violations may result in the suspension or termination of the service.


Rights and Responsibilities of LMC

Service Provision: We are committed to providing the service as agreed upon in the contract, ensuring the quality and features are as described in the selected service package.


Customer Support: We provide customer support during the use of the service through email, phone, or online support tools. The support duration depends on the service package chosen by the customer.


Information Security: LMC is committed to keeping customer information confidential and not disclosing it to third parties without customer consent, except when requested by authorized agencies.


Rights and Responsibilities of Customers

Right to Use the Service: Customers have the right to request LMC to fulfill the terms and conditions agreed upon in the contract, including requirements regarding features, quality, and completion time.


Security Responsibility: Customers are responsible for keeping their login information and personal information related to their accounts and services confidential. Any damages arising from customer negligence will not be the responsibility of LMC.


Timely Payment: Customers are responsible for making full and timely payments for the services used. If there are payment issues, customers need to notify early to receive support.


Refund Policy

Refund Conditions: In case the service does not meet the commitments in the contract or there are serious quality issues, LMC will consider refunding the customer according to the company's refund policy.


Refund Procedure: To request a refund, customers need to contact LMC's customer care department within 7 days from the date the issue occurred to receive support.


Service Termination Policy

Termination Due to Violation: LMC has the right to terminate the service without refund if the customer violates the committed terms, affecting the company's operations or damaging third-party rights.


Termination Upon Request: Customers may terminate the contract at any time provided they notify LMC at least 30 days in advance and pay all arising fees (if any).


Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of the service will be resolved through negotiation between the parties. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute will be resolved at the competent Court as prescribed by Vietnamese law.


Policy Update and Adjustment

LMC reserves the right to adjust and supplement the terms of this policy to comply with legal regulations and future business conditions. Changes will be notified to customers via email or posted on the website.

Privacy Policy


Purpose of Collecting Customer Information

The purpose of collecting customer information is related to issues such as:

  • Supporting customers: purchasing, payment, delivery.
  • Providing product information, services, and support as requested by customers.
  • Sending notifications about our latest programs and products.
  • Resolving issues arising from purchasing.


Scope of Information Collection

We collect personal information of customers during the ordering process or while using the website, including the following: Full name, Email address, Phone number, Address, and data provided by users during the use of our website.


Information Storage Duration

The personal data of customers will be stored until a deletion request is made by the customer. Otherwise, in all cases, the personal information of customers will be secured on the server of LMC.


Individuals or Organizations that May Access the Information

  • For shipping parties, information will be provided to serve the delivery of goods such as Name, address, and phone number.
  • For company employees, there will be dedicated departments to serve customer care during the use of the product.
  • Programs that are linked, jointly executed, outsourced for the purposes stated in Section 1 always apply personal information confidentiality requirements.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose customer information if requested by competent state authorities to comply with legal processes.
  • Business transfer (if any): in the case of merger, consolidation in whole or in part with another company, the buyer will have the right to access the information we store and maintain, including personal information.

Payment Policy


Payment Methods

  • Bank Transfer.

Payment Terms

  • Bank Transfer: Customers can transfer payments to our bank account. Please use the order number as the payment reference to avoid any delays.


Payment Confirmation

Upon successful payment, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer's registered email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact our customer service at [email protected] or call 0911 396 789 for assistance.


Refund Policy

Conditions for Refund:

  • Customers have paid but did not receive the service.
  • The service has technical errors.
  • The service does not match the information in the registration order.

Refund Process:

  • All refund requests must be submitted through our customer care page at https://www.lmc.vn/helpdesk/customer-care-15.
  • LMC carefully reviews each refund request and reserves the right to make the final decision based on the outlined conditions and our Terms of Service.

Refund Method: 

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. For bank transfers, the refund will be made to the designated bank account provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for providing accurate bank account information to receive the refund.

Refund Fees: 

  • No refund fees will be charged if the customer complies with the conditions specified in this policy.

Shipping Policy


Scope of Application

The shipping policy applies to service products and related documents that need to be delivered to customers after the completion of the service contract.


Delivery Method

After completing the work according to the agreed KPIs, we will deliver reports on the completed tasks as well as business strategies for the upcoming months via email and our management software.


Delivery Time

The implementation time depends on the signed service package. This time will be clearly stated in the contract according to the scale and requirements of the customer.


Responsibility during Delivery

LMC is committed to providing services according to the agreed timeline. In case of any unforeseen delays, we will promptly inform and offer alternative solutions to ensure the customer's interests.


Inspection and Confirmation

Upon receiving the product, the customer is responsible for inspecting the entire delivered service. If any errors are found, the customer should immediately notify LMC for support.
