Are there hidden costs?
No. Media spend, KOL/KOC bookings, and courier fees are passed through at cost - itemized on every invoice. The service price is the service price.
How does the commission taper work?
Volume-based step-down on Managed Marketplace Operations and bundles. Example: first 1B VND NMV/month at 4%, next 1B at 3%, above 2B at 2%, capped at 120M VND/month. Aligns our incentive with your scale.
How is billing structured?
50% upfront on project work (Store Build, Market Research, bundle initiation). Monthly retainers invoiced NET 15. All prices exclusive of VAT.
Is there a minimum contract length?
À-la-carte: no minimum. Launch Starter Pack: 3 months. Multi-channel Growth Accelerator: no minimum (lower commission kicks in after month 3). Full-Stack Partnership: 24-month minimum (free initiation, lowest commission rate).
What does "Research Guarantee" mean?
When you sign any service or bundle within 90 days of completing a Market Research engagement, the full research fee credits against your costs. Effectively free if you proceed with LMC.
Can pricing be customized?
Productized services above cover ~80% of cases. For atypical scope - multi-region, niche platforms, or brand-specific compliance - contact us for a scoped proposal.
