Shopee and Shipping Partner Holiday Working Schedule for April 30 - May 1, 2025
Be aware of Shopee and logistics partners’ holiday schedule for 30/04 - 01/05/2025. Proactively plan your business, ensure smooth deliveries, and optimize the customer experience.
Dear Sellers,
As the 30/04 – 01/05/2025 holiday approaches, to help Sellers proactively plan their business operations, LMC eCommerce would like to update the working schedule of Shopee and its logistics partners as follows:
1. Holiday Period
From Wednesday, 30/04/2025 to Thursday, 01/05/2025.
Operations will resume as normal from Friday, 02/05/2025.
2. Pickup/Delivery/Return Schedule of Logistics Partners
**Note: **
(*) Some logistics providers will continue to operate but with limited staffing. We kindly ask for your understanding if there are any delays in pickup, delivery, or return services.
3. Operational Schedule of Post Offices
**Note: **
(*) Some post offices will operate with limited capacity, and order processing times may be longer than expected.
4. Shopee’s Administrative Working Schedule
Note:
(*) Customer Service, logistics operations teams, and the handling of Star Gifts/SYT/SY+/Mall title complaints may be on holiday, leading to slower processing times than usual.
5. Shopee Order Processing Deadlines
Economy shipping and Seller self-delivery.
Express shipping and Bulky items.

(*) Instant orders will be processed as usual.
6. Review Schedule for Shopee Mall and Preferred/Preferred+ Shops Labels
**Note: **
Sellers must ensure timely deliveries to maintain a high Fast Delivery Rate.
7. Deadlines for Return/Refund Processing
Note:
- On other days, Sellers can continue to submit complaints following the standard process.
- For cases requiring additional evidence, please adhere to the notified submission deadlines.
8. Recommendations for Sellers
To ensure customer satisfaction and maintain business performance during the holiday:
- Prepare and pack orders early before the holiday.
- Clearly inform customers about the expected delivery schedule.
- If your Shop will not operate during the holiday, please activate the Vacation Mode on Shopee to temporarily stop receiving orders and avoid operational violations.
- Regularly monitor the latest updates from Shopee and logistics partners.
