Is this you?

Four signs creator content is the missing channel.

This is for you if

  • You want to pick the creators who represent your brand and book them for a campaign.
  • You want to build reach, awareness, follower growth, or livestream sales through KOL/KOC creators.
  • You want creator marketing run as an ongoing retainer or a one-off campaign project.
  • You are pre-launch or running your own store and want creator work handled without a managed-store retainer.

Looking for something else?

  • You want a commission-based creator network where payout follows the sale.

    Affiliate Program Management

    Commission-based, open-network - a different model from brand-directed booking.

  • You want your whole store run day-to-day, not just the creator channel.

    Managed Marketplace Operations

Creator work is already included inside the full retainer.

The difference

Influencer & Creator Marketing vs Affiliate Program Management.

Two creator models, one decision. Pick by how much brand control you want and how you prefer to pay.

Influencer & Creator Marketing

Fee-based, brand-directed booking. You select the creator profile; LMC sources, vets, briefs, and books them. Full brand control - you approve creators before any booking is confirmed. You pay an upfront creator fee; LMC charges 10% of the creator budget. Best for: brand-building campaigns, specific voice or aesthetic requirements, and livestream-driven sales.

Affiliate Program Management

Commission-based, open network. Creators in the platform's affiliate program self-select your products. You pay per attributed sale at the commission rate you set. No upfront creator fee. LMC charges 5% of the affiliate-attributed GMV. Best for: broad reach, pure pay-for-results, and scalable GMV at low upfront cost.

How we deliver

Source, brief, ship - content that moves stock.

From brief and creator profile to campaign delivery and reporting.

Brief and creator profile

You brief the campaign goal - awareness, sales, follower growth, or livestream. LMC builds a creator profile: tier, category, audience demographics, and content format.

Creator sourcing and vetting

Candidates identified from the platform database. Audience quality, engagement rates, and brand-safety checks completed before any name is presented to you.

Booking and contracting

Selected creators briefed and booked. Content deliverables, usage rights, and timeline documented in the creator contract.

Content management

Content draft reviewed by LMC before posting. Platform compliance and brief compliance checked. Issues caught before they go live.

Campaign reporting

Reach, engagement, follower growth, and platform-attributed GMV reported at campaign close or monthly for retainers.

A production-style pick-and-ship station, evoking content shipped from brief to feed.

  • The 10% fee is a coordination fee on the creator budget - the fees paid directly to creators. It is not a markup on ad spend. Platform ad spend (e.g. Spark Ads) is never marked up. The distinction is exact and GM-approved.
  • Macro KOL engagements (1M+ followers) require higher budgets and separate negotiations. Scope these on the scoping call.
  • No reach, view, or conversion guarantee. Creator performance is influenced by platform algorithms, content quality, and audience behavior beyond LMC's control.

Why LMC

We have built creator pipelines on Shopee and TikTok.

Real vetting, not a follower count

Creator quality checks cover audience authenticity, engagement rate, audience demographics, and brand-safety history - not just follower numbers.

Brief compliance before posting

Content goes through LMC before it goes live. We catch compliance issues - platform policy and brief accuracy - before they become public problems.

Honest about Macro KOL

Creators with 1M+ followers require higher budgets and separate negotiations. We scope these honestly - we do not book a nano-KOL and call them a macro.

Rights and contracts in writing

Every creator engagement is documented - usage rights, posting window, content approval process, and payment terms. You receive a copy of every contract. No handshake deals that turn into disputes when the content gets repurposed for ads.

Frequently asked questions

What brand owners ask before commissioning creator work.

What is the difference between the 10% coordination fee and a markup?

The 10% is charged on the creator budget - the fees paid directly to creators. It is a management fee for sourcing, vetting, briefing, contracting, and content review. Platform ad spend coordination (Spark Ads alongside creator content) is never marked up.

Do you guarantee reach or engagement rates?

No. Reach and engagement depend on platform algorithms, content quality, and audience behavior. LMC provides vetting data and historic performance ranges; we cannot guarantee future results.

What is the difference between a retainer and a one-off campaign?

Retainer: ongoing creator marketing at a fixed monthly budget over 3+ months - suitable for sustained brand-building. One-off campaign: a defined brief, a set creator list, a specific timeline - suitable for launches, promotions, or seasonal moments.

Can you source micro, nano, and KOL-tier creators?

Yes for nano and micro. Macro KOL (1M+ followers) are scoped separately because their rates and negotiation requirements are materially different.

How is this different from Affiliate Program Management?

Influencer & Creator: you pick the creators, brand-directed, upfront fee, full content control. Affiliate: open creator network, commission-based, creators self-select products. Both can run simultaneously on the same store.

Can I run this without a Shopee or TikTok Shop store?

Yes. Brand-awareness campaigns and follower-growth campaigns do not require a live store. For sales-focused content (Spark Ads, TikTok Shop cart links), a live store is required.

Who owns the content after posting?

Usage rights are negotiated per creator and documented in the creator contract. The standard approach is a defined usage window - repurposing for ads or owned channels requires a separate rights agreement.

How long does it take to go live?

A typical campaign is live within 2-3 weeks of brief sign-off: one week for creator shortlist approval, one week for contracting and product seeding, then content goes through LMC review before posting. Rush timelines are possible but reduce the creator pool we can vet properly.
