Do you guarantee a specific ROAS?

No. ROAS depends on product-market fit, listing quality, competitor activity, and seasonal factors. We optimize every variable we control - we cannot guarantee a specific return on ad spend.

Who owns the ad accounts?

You do. We manage your accounts as an authorized operator - you retain ownership, access, and billing control at all times.

What creative assets do you need from me?

You supply the images, videos, and any offer copy. We manage the creative rotation and testing strategy. The Design Service is available to produce listing and ad creative if needed.

Can I track spend in real time?

Yes. You have full access to your ad accounts at all times. The weekly report supplements platform-native dashboards with structured performance commentary.

What is included in the 6% fee?

The full management service - audit, restructure, weekly optimization, and reporting. Ad spend itself is not included; you fund the accounts directly.

What happens if I want to pause or stop?

The minimum term is 3 months. After 3 months, the engagement is monthly rolling with 30 days notice to exit.
