What counts as one SKU?
A unique product listing on the platform. Variants (size, color) grouped under the same listing count as one SKU.
Does the project cover both Shopee and TikTok Shop?
One platform per project. If you need both platforms optimized, book two projects or ask for a combined scope quote on the scoping call.
Do you guarantee search rankings?
No. Rankings depend on platform algorithms, ad spend, review count, and competitor activity - factors outside this project. We optimize every input we control, following current platform best practices. The page says "get found" - not "page 1."
What if I have more than 50 SKUs?
Projects beyond 50 SKUs are quoted separately. Give us your total SKU count and platform and we will give you a fixed project price.
What is the Refresh Retainer?
An optional monthly add-on after project close. Platform keywords and best practices shift frequently - the retainer re-checks and updates your listings once a month to maintain their standard. There is no minimum term after the initial project.
Can you improve my listing images as well?
Image production (photography and editing) is out of scope for this service. The Design Service covers listing image creation. We will flag any image quality issues we find and route you there if needed.
