These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at www.lmc.vn and any subdomain operated by LMC Software Solution Joint Stock Company (“LMC”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms.

Important: These Terms cover your visit to and casual use of this website. They do not govern paid services LMC delivers to clients. Paid services are governed by the Master Service Agreement (MSA v1.0) and any executed Sales Order or specialized agreement (e.g., Order Fulfilment & Warehousing Service Agreement).

You may:

• Read and download content for personal or internal business reference.
• Share links to our pages on social media or in private communications.
• Submit forms, booking requests, or career inquiries in good faith.

You may NOT:

• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content for commercial republication.
• Use our content to train commercial AI models without written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, mirror, or rehost the website.
• Submit forms with false information, automated bots, or for spam purposes.
• Interfere with website operation (denial-of-service, security probing, vulnerability scanning) without prior written authorization.

• All content on this website (text, images, logos, graphics, video, code) is owned by LMC or licensed to LMC.
• “LMC”, the LMC logo, and any product or service names are trademarks of LMC.

The website may link to third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices. Following those links is at your own discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by Vietnamese law, LMC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Direct damages (if any) are capped at 0 VND for visitors who have not entered a paid agreement, and at the cap stated in the MSA for active clients.

8. Linking to a paid service?

If you are or become a paying client of LMC, the Master Service Agreement (and any specialized agreement, such as the Order Fulfilment & Warehousing Service Agreement for 3PL clients) governs that engagement. The MSA takes precedence over these website Terms for matters covered by the MSA.

These documents are referenced by URL in active client contracts. Each version is preserved at its canonical path indefinitely; new versions receive new URLs (e.g., a future v1.1 would be /legal/msa-1-1).

9. Privacy

Your personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy, which complies with Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on Personal Data Protection.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Disputes shall be negotiated in good faith first. Unresolved disputes will be referred to the People’s Court with jurisdiction over LMC’s registered office in Ho Chi Minh City.

11. Changes to these Terms

Material changes will be posted here with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
