This Privacy Policy describes how LMC Software Solution Joint Stock Company (“LMC”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit www.lmc.vn or use any service we provide.
We comply with Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on Personal Data Protection of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (the “PDPL”).
Note: This is the current website-visitor privacy policy. Service-specific data terms for active client engagements live in the Master Service Agreement and applicable Sales Order.

2. What information we collect
We collect the minimum personal information needed to operate the website and respond to your inquiries.
2.1 Information you give us
- Contact form submissions: name, email, phone, company, subject, message.
- Booking submissions: name, email, phone, requested time slot, preferred topic.
- Newsletter signup (if used): email address.
- Career inquiries: name, email, CV / cover letter content if you choose to send.
2.2 Information we collect automatically
- Server logs: IP address, browser type, operating system, referrer URL, pages visited, timestamp.
- Analytics: aggregated, anonymous usage data via Google Analytics 4 and Cloudflare Web Analytics. Cookies used per Section 4.
2.3 What we do NOT collect
- Sensitive personal data (health, religion, sexual orientation, political opinion) - never collected on this website.
- Government identification numbers (CMND/CCCD), banking details, or biometric data - not collected through public-facing pages.

- Service providers acting on our written instructions: email delivery (Postmark or Resend), hosting (Cloudflare), analytics (Google), CRM (Odoo). All bound by data-processing agreements.
- Vietnamese authorities when legally required by court order, regulatory request, or law enforcement.
We do not transfer your data outside Vietnam unless:
- You explicitly consent to a specific transfer (e.g., booking via a non-VN scheduling tool).
- Required for service delivery to international clients you have engaged us through.

7. Your rights under PDPL
You have the right to:

- Lodge a complaint with the Ministry of Public Security’s Department of Cybersecurity and Hi-Tech Crime Prevention (A05).

8. Security
We protect your data with:
- TLS 1.3 encryption in transit
- Encrypted database storage at rest
- Role-based access control on internal systems
- Annual access review of all personnel with data access
No method is 100% secure. If a breach affects you, we will notify you and the Ministry of Public Security within the timeframes required by Decree 13/2023.
9. Children
This website is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have, contact us at privacy@lmc.vn and we will delete it promptly.
10. Changes to this policy
Material changes will be posted at this URL with an updated “Last updated” date. For active clients, material changes also follow the amendment notice procedure in the Master Service Agreement.
