Vietnam-market specialist · Founded 2019 · Shopee Partner · TikTok Shop Partner

LMC coordinates a vetted 3PL on your behalf - we never own or hold inventory, and never mark up storage or shipping costs.

Is this you?

Four signs your fulfillment is the bottleneck.

This is for you if

  • You have orders coming in on Shopee or TikTok Shop and fulfillment is your weak point.
  • You are taking platform SLA penalties for late dispatch.
  • You do not want to manage a warehouse vendor relationship directly.
  • You want one accountable coordinator sitting between you and the 3PL.

Looking for something else?

What you get

One coordinator, one report, one accountable party.

One coordinator. Every 3PL interaction managed. LMC never marks up 3PL costs and never owns your stock.

Inbound coordination

Goods-in scheduling with the 3PL - stock movements, SKU labeling, and put-away confirmation.

Outbound dispatch management

Order release to the 3PL on platform SLA schedule - pick, pack, and ship confirmation per order.

Inventory monitoring

Real-time stock-level tracking and low-stock alerts sent to you before runouts.

Returns and claims

Return receipts and condition checks coordinated through the 3PL. Platform claims and disputes handled with supporting documentation.

3PL invoice review

LMC reviews every 3PL invoice for accuracy before passing it through. You pay cost, not cost-plus.

Monthly fulfillment report

Dispatch rate, SLA compliance, returns rate, and stock health - delivered monthly.

How we deliver

From 3PL selection to live operations in three weeks.

3PL selection and onboarding in weeks 1-3, then live operations continuously.

3PL selection and onboarding (Weeks 1-2)

We assess your volume, product type, and dispatch requirements. If you do not have a 3PL partner, we match you to a compatible vendor from our network and manage the commercial setup.

Stock transfer and inbound (Week 3)

First stock movement coordinated. Inbound receipts confirmed, SKUs labeled, and inventory logged.

Live operations (ongoing)

Order release, dispatch confirmation, and SLA monitoring run daily.

Returns and claims (ongoing)

Return receipts, condition assessments, and platform claims handled as they arise.

Monthly reporting

SLA compliance, dispatch rate, returns rate, and invoice reconciliation delivered by the 5th of the following month.

Orders ship reliably

The next constraint, not the last one.

The bottleneck moves up the funnel

Once SLAs are reliable, the binding constraint usually shifts to listings, ads, or buyer chat.

You want fulfillment coordinated with ads, listings, and buyer chat.

3PL coordination is included inside the full retainer; costs still pass through at cost.

You want paid ads handled separately.

You want buyer chat and reviews managed separately.

Frequently asked questions

What clients ask before handing over fulfillment.

Do I have to use a specific 3PL?

No. If you have an existing 3PL relationship, LMC coordinates with them. If you do not have one, we match you to a compatible vendor from our network - the choice is yours.

Does LMC mark up the 3PL fees?

No. All 3PL costs (storage, outbound, returns) are passed through at the published rate - zero markup. You see the same invoice LMC receives.

Does LMC hold or own my stock?

No. LMC coordinates the 3PL - we are the accountable intermediary, not a warehouse or distributor. Your stock is held by the 3PL under your commercial agreement.

What is the coordination fee?

It is being finalized. It will be quoted explicitly at scoping - a separate line item, not hidden in the 3PL rate. This page will be updated when the fee is GM-locked.

Do you guarantee SLA compliance?

No. SLA compliance depends on stock availability, 3PL capacity, and carrier reliability. We manage every coordination step and flag issues immediately; we do not indemnify against platform penalties.

Can Fulfillment & Operations be added to a Managed Marketplace Operations retainer?

Yes. MMO clients can add 3PL coordination, and the 3PL costs still pass through at cost with zero markup. The coordination workload is absorbed into the MMO retainer scope.

One coordinator. On-time dispatch. No warehouse to run.

A 30-minute scoping call is free. We review your current dispatch setup, confirm 3PL fit, and quote the coordination fee explicitly.
