Can we take Full-Stack without Brand Protection?
No. Full-Stack is a single operating model; removing a component turns it into a la carte. If you want operations without brand protection, that is the Multi-channel Growth Accelerator.
Why is the minimum term 24 months?
Full-Stack is an embedded department, not a project. The 24-month term is what allows GM-level governance, deep integration, and the pricing below an internal team. If 12 months is your ceiling, the Multi-channel Growth Accelerator is the right structure.
Does Brand Protection cover every channel?
Full-Stack includes Track 1 enforcement on Shopee and TikTok Shop. Brand Protection on Facebook or Zalo, and Track 2 Distribution Governance, are scoped add-ons quoted on top of the retainer.
Can you include a website or software build?
Website Development is a separate LMC service - quoted alongside Full-Stack, not inside it. Software Development is currently paused; we would refer that out.
Does LMC own our inventory?
Never. LMC coordinates a 3PL sub-vendor but does not own, purchase, or hold inventory under any structure.
