Role overview

LMC Agency is a Vietnam-based end-to-end eCommerce growth partner. We help brands grow on Shopee and TikTok Shop through full-stack services: store operations, marketplace advertising, fulfillment, compliance, and market research. Team of approximately 20 specialists.

Commercial Associate is the entry-level generalist IC on the Commercial team. You support a Commercial Executive (B2) on their assigned account list: listing maintenance, promotion setup, standard buyer customer service, and reporting prep. You learn the platforms, the SOPs, and the reporting cadence hands-on, with clear daily direction from the CE you shadow.

This is a learn-and-execute role. You do not own accounts and you do not manage people. The canonical next step after probation and ramp is promotion to Commercial Executive.

This role suits a fresh graduate or someone with up to 2 years of hands-on platform or retail experience who wants to build a real eCommerce operations career on Shopee and TikTok Shop.

Key responsibilities

Listings and platform operations

  • Maintain product listings on Shopee and TikTok Shop: titles, attributes, images, pricing, stock, variants
  • Execute listing setup and asset uploads against build briefs from the Commercial Executive
  • Catch and flag listing errors, attribute mismatches, or policy issues; escalate to the CE before they go live
  • Keep listing data clean and the file structure tidy in Google Drive

Promotion and campaign execution

  • Set up platform promotions, vouchers, flash sales, and bundling per a CE brief
  • Prepare campaign assets and price scheduling for mega periods (9.9, 11.11, 12.12, Tet)
  • Confirm stock allocation and discount depth meets platform requirements before activation; flag mismatches
  • Support post-campaign report preparation: data pulls, template population, anomaly flagging

Buyer customer service

  • Handle standard buyer inquiries, complaints, and returns within platform SLA windows on Shopee and TikTok Shop
  • Process standard return and refund requests following platform rules
  • Maintain response rate and satisfaction scores at platform benchmarks for the accounts you cover
  • Escalate non-standard cases (fraud, policy disputes, brand complaints, anything that could affect account health) to the CE with a clear summary

Reporting prep and data hygiene

  • Pull weekly and monthly performance data from Shopee and TikTok Shop dashboards for the accounts you support
  • Populate standard report templates: NMV, units, traffic, conversion, return rate
  • Flag unusual movement (sudden drops, spikes, listing suppression) to the CE before the next sync
  • Keep account data and shared workbooks accurate and up to date

SOP and tool discipline

  • Use Odoo Project and Timesheet daily: create tasks, update status, log time against tasks
  • Follow LMC SOPs as the default operating method; surface SOP gaps or unclear instructions to the CE - do not improvise around a published SOP

Tools you will use

  • Shopee Seller Center and TikTok Shop Seller Center - primary workspace
  • Platform analytics dashboards - data pulls and standard report templates
  • Odoo (Projects and Timesheets) - daily task and time logging
  • Google Drive - shared documents, templates, asset libraries
  • Zalo and Email - Vietnamese with clients and buyers; English internally

Required skills

Must-have at hire (or within 60-day ramp)

  • Product listing and data management - accurate, policy-compliant, fast
  • Promotion execution - sets up briefed promotions without errors
  • Standard buyer customer service - meets platform SLA, handles standard cases solo
  • Shopee and TikTok Shop Seller Center basics - listings, promotions, basic ads view
  • Spreadsheets - intermediate level (lookup, filter, conditional formatting)

Expected within probation

  • Sales data basics - reads dashboards; understands NMV, conversion, traffic, returns
  • Reporting prep - pulls data and populates the weekly report template accurately
  • Clear written communication in Vietnamese with clients and buyers
  • Problem solving - identifies what is wrong and who needs to know before things escalate
  • SOP discipline - follows published methods; asks before improvising
  • Odoo Project and Timesheet - task creation, tracking, daily time logging

Trainable on the job

  • Data visualization and basic charting
  • Analytical thinking: connects data points to simple conclusions
  • Understanding of platform ads and promotion mechanics
  • Campaign lifecycle awareness
  • Inventory and stock coordination basics

What we look for

  • Fresh graduate or 0-2 years experience in eCommerce, retail, or customer service
  • Bonus: 1-2 years hands-on seller-side platform experience at an agency or brand
  • Detail-oriented: catches errors in listings, prices, and data before they go live
  • Fast learner: reads platform documentation and figures things out without hand-holding
  • SOP-disciplined: follows the published method by default and asks before improvising
  • Comfortable working in Vietnamese with clients and buyers; reads English documentation without difficulty
  • Handles repetitive, high-volume operational tasks without quality slipping
  • Based in Ho Chi Minh City (preferred)
