Role overview
LMC Agency is a Vietnam-based end-to-end eCommerce growth partner. We help brands grow on Shopee and TikTok Shop through full-stack services: store operations, marketplace advertising, delivery chain, compliance, and market research. Team of approximately 20 specialists.
Design Associate is the entry-level IC (individual contributor) on the design team. The team produces visuals for every account operations group at LMC and takes work from one shared queue allocated by the eCom Manager. You build listing images, campaign banners and ad creative to brief and to the visual direction set for the job, and you keep the team’s design asset library.
This is static image design. LMC does not shoot product photography and does not film or edit video: source images come from the client, video is produced by creators.
The role suits a recent graduate or someone with up to 2 years of graphic design experience. The standard next step is Design Executive.
Key responsibilities
Banners, listing images and ad creative
- Build campaign banner sets for marketplace campaigns and storefront refreshes: every placement and size, no copy or subject falling into an area the interface covers, delivered before the platform approval deadline
- Build product page image sets and ad creative variants to the visual direction already set, from client-supplied photography
- Keep every line of on-image copy inside the approved brief
Briefs and feedback
- Take the brief, read it in full, ask about gaps in one round before starting; confirm the deadline and the output spec
- Revise exactly what the feedback asks for; when the visual direction itself is unclear, ask the Design Executive first
Asset library
- Log every asset as it is created: name it, tag it, mark which version supersedes which
- Store client-supplied source images in the library, and reconcile the library against what is live on the storefront
Compensation and benefits
- Salary: 9 - 12.5 million VND / month (Fixed: 8 - 10.25 million + KPI bonus: 3 - 6.75 million / quarter)
- Benefits: 13th month salary. Social, health and unemployment insurance contributed on full fixed salary, not on the legal minimum

Required skills
Proficient (required on entry)
- Product image work - cut out, colour correct, composite from existing photography, and set legible on-image copy
- Multi-size builds - take one master design to a full set of sizes without breaking the layout
Foundational (trained on the job)
- Shopee and TikTok Shop image specs - ratios, background rules, safe areas per placement
- Odoo Project and Timesheet - take work as tasks, update status, log time
- Process discipline - follow the process, record what you did, know when to ask instead of deciding alone
Who we are looking for
- Recent graduate, or up to 2 years of graphic design experience
- A portfolio with live work or personal projects; product images, banners or creative for marketplace are a plus
- Strong Photoshop and Illustrator; Figma is a plus
- Careful: you catch typos, wrong sizes and safe-area problems before handing over
- Fluent Vietnamese; comfortable reading documentation in English
- Ho Chi Minh City candidates preferred
