Logo and brand mark

Primary logo, brand mark variants, and lockups for marketplace, web, and packaging contexts. Delivered as editable source files plus export-ready PNG/SVG.

Color palette and typography

Defined primary and accent palette with hex/RGB/CMYK values. Type system with heading and body pairings, sized for screen and print.

Brand guidelines document

A written brand guideline document that codifies logo usage, color, typography, tone, and application rules. 10-page minimum (Essential) or 25+ pages (Full).

Application set (Full only)

Business card, letterhead, social profile assets, and a sample marketplace banner treatment. The system in action - so downstream work has a reference.

The Design Service produces Brand Identity Essential or Full. Marketplace banners, listing images, and ad creative are no longer sold as standalone project SKUs - they are produced inside operations retainers (MMO, MGA, Full-Stack) or under the rate-hour for existing LMC clients.

No photography, no video, no monthly retainer

Photography, video, motion graphics, and animation are not in scope - referred to a partner. There is no monthly creative retainer - ongoing creative for active clients sits inside the operations retainer or the rate-hour mode.

What does "brand identity only" actually mean?

LMC designs the brand system - logo, brand mark, color, typography, and brand guidelines. Marketplace banners, listing images, and ad creative are no longer sold as standalone project SKUs - they are produced inside operations retainers (MMO, MGA, Full-Stack) or under the rate-hour for existing clients. Photography, video, motion graphics, and animation remain out of scope.

Is there a monthly creative retainer?

No. The previous Creative Retainer (Light 8M/month, Standard 14M/month) was retired. Ongoing creative work for existing LMC clients is handled via the rate-hour mode or inside the relevant operations retainer. New brands that need a brand system commission Brand Identity Essential or Full as a fixed-scope project.

How many revisions are included?

2 revision rounds are included in both Brand Identity packages. We scope revisions explicitly - unlimited revisions are not available.

Do you work from our existing brand guidelines?

Yes - if you already have a complete brand system, marketplace and ad creative are produced inside MMO, MGA, or Full-Stack retainers. If your guidelines are incomplete or inconsistent, we will recommend Brand Identity Essential or Full before downstream production starts.

Where do marketplace banners and ad creative come from now?

Inside the operations retainer. Managed Marketplace Operations, Multi-channel Growth Accelerator, and Full-Stack Partnership all include creative production for active stores. Standalone marketplace or ad creative packs are no longer offered as project SKUs.

Is the rate-hour option available to new clients?

No. The rate-hour mode (~700,000 VND/hour, 2-hour minimum) is available to existing LMC clients with an active relationship. It is not a prospect entry point and not offered at scoping.
