Role overview
LMC Agency is a Vietnam-based end-to-end eCommerce growth partner. We help brands grow on Shopee and TikTok Shop through full-stack services: store operations, marketplace advertising, fulfillment, compliance, and market research. Team of approximately 20 specialists.
Commercial Executive is the mid-level generalist IC on the Commercial team. You run platform operations end-to-end for an assigned client portfolio: listings, promotions, paid ads, campaigns, performance reporting, and buyer-side CS. You own the output for your accounts and back up a peer Executive on a smaller share of theirs. You execute from playbooks, escalate exceptions, and operate without daily direction once ramped.
This role suits someone with 1-3 years of hands-on eCommerce operations experience who is ready to own accounts independently and build toward Senior Commercial Executive (IC track) or Commercial Manager (managing track).
Key responsibilities
Listings and platform operations
- Own product listing quality on Shopee and TikTok Shop for assigned accounts: titles, attributes, images, pricing, stock, variant accuracy
- Maintain listing health proactively; catch suppression risks, attribute mismatches, and prohibited-content issues before platforms flag them
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams on new product launches and seasonal refreshes
- Keep account health green at all times across both platforms
Promotions and campaign execution
- Set up and run platform promotions: flash sales, vouchers, bundling, mega-campaign participation
- Execute platform campaign briefs end-to-end: asset uploads, price scheduling, stock allocation, post-campaign reporting
- Run mega periods (9.9, 11.11, 12.12, Tet) on plan and within scope; submit campaign plan in advance
Platform ads operations
- Run Shopee Ads and TikTok Shop Ads for assigned accounts at brief level
- Monitor ROAS, CPC, and pacing daily during active campaigns; adjust bids and budget to stay within target
- Pull weekly ads performance summaries; surface anomalies before the weekly review
- Escalate creative shortfalls, budget constraints, and platform policy blocks promptly
Performance reporting and analysis
- Build and submit weekly and monthly performance reports: NMV, units, traffic, conversion, return rate, ROAS
- Read trends; identify what is working, what is declining, and why
- Recommend specific next actions (listing edits, budget shifts, promo type changes) based on data, not just describe what happened
- Brief the Commercial Manager on account status; flag at-risk accounts before they become problems
Buyer-side customer service
- Handle buyer inquiries, complaints, and dispute resolution within platform SLA windows
- Manage review and rating health: respond to reviews, flag fake negatives, request removal where policy allows
- Escalate fraud patterns, account-health violations, and policy disputes immediately
Account health and platform compliance
- Monitor compliance for assigned accounts: violation warnings, policy updates, appeal deadlines
- File appeals for unjust suppression or penalties with accurate, platform-appropriate documentation
- Resolve account-health issues within platform-mandated windows
Tools you will use
- Shopee Seller Center and TikTok Shop Seller Center - primary workspace
- Shopee Ads Manager and TikTok Shop Ads Manager - daily during active campaigns
- Odoo (Projects and Timesheets) - task tracking and daily time logging
- Google Drive - shared documents, templates, asset libraries
- Zalo and Email - Vietnamese with clients and buyers; English internally
Required skills
Strong proficiency (must-have at hire)
- Product listing and data management - owns listing quality without errors going to review
- Sales support and promotion ops - sets up all promotion types without assistance
- Platform ads operations - runs campaigns, tracks ROAS, adjusts bids independently on Shopee and TikTok Shop
- Campaign management - executes end-to-end from brief to post-campaign report
Solid proficiency (expected within probation)
- Customer service - handles all standard cases solo; escalates only non-standard
- Account health and platform compliance - monitors daily, resolves independently
- Sales data analysis - reads data, identifies patterns, recommends action
- Performance reporting - builds reports that tell a story, not just fill a template
- Data literacy - reads dashboards, reasons about metrics, structures simple analyses
- Oral and written communication - clear in Vietnamese with clients and buyers
- Office tools - spreadsheets at intermediate level (pivot, lookup, conditional formatting)
Foundation level (trainable on the job)
- Data visualization - charting in spreadsheets and dashboards
- Odoo Project and Timesheet modules - task tracking and time logging
- Active listening - confirms client and buyer needs before acting
What we look for
- 1-3 years hands-on eCommerce operations experience (agency or brand-side)
- Has independently managed at least one live seller account on Shopee or TikTok Shop
- Has run platform ads (Shopee Ads or TikTok Shop Ads) and understands ROAS, CPC, spend pacing
- Detail-oriented: catches listing and pricing errors before they go live
- Data-literate: comfortable reading seller dashboards and building report tables without a template
- Proactive communicator: raises issues early, not after they become incidents
- Fluent Vietnamese; reads English platform documentation without friction
- Based in Ho Chi Minh City (preferred)
