Role overview

LMC Agency is a Vietnam-based end-to-end eCommerce growth partner. We help brands grow on Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada through full-stack services: store operations, marketplace advertising, fulfillment, compliance, and market research. Team of approximately 20 specialists.

Senior Sales Executive is the senior individual contributor on the new-business track. You own the full sales cycle for complex, high-value, and strategic accounts - deals where size, brand recognition, or multi-platform scope requires senior judgment. You operate with minimal day-to-day direction, support junior sales staff on hard calls, and help shape quarterly sales strategy. Where a Sales Executive follows the playbook, you refine it.

Key responsibilities

New business sales

  • Lead qualification: Qualify leads across all account sizes. Take direct ownership of high-value accounts (expected retainer ≥ 50M VND/month, multi-platform, or recognisable brand). Support junior staff on borderline routing decisions.
  • Discovery: Lead discovery calls for complex accounts. Go beyond template capture - diagnose the client’s full eCommerce situation including platform mix, competitive position, and compliance exposure. Produce a scope outline that anticipates objections before the proposal is written.
  • Proposal: Build proposals for multi-service, multi-platform engagements. Apply pricing judgment on hybrid deal structures (upfront + monthly + commission). Flag and get GM sign-off on any pricing exception before the proposal goes out.
  • Close: Lead negotiation within approved parameters. Handle counter-offers and re-scope requests without restarting the discovery process unless scope fundamentally changes. Prepare the contract, secure signature and deposit, and hand off to the onboarding team with a complete kickoff brief.
  • Outbound: Design or contribute to outbound prospecting sequences (Zalo, email) for GM approval. Execute, track reply rates, and iterate.

Client success

  • Own senior client relationships for assigned accounts; lead monthly business reviews for strategic clients
  • Review junior staff output on weekly reports before delivery
  • Handle escalated client communications that require senior authority - pricing disputes, SLA exceptions, scope creep conversations

Sales planning and team development

  • Contribute to quarterly sales planning: pipeline forecasting, target-setting, outbound strategy
  • Support and review work of Sales Executives - qualification decisions, discovery notes, proposal drafts
  • Identify patterns in lost deals; feed insights back to GM for process and positioning improvements

New client onboarding (secondary)

  • Be available at the start of onboarding for accounts you closed
  • Ensure your handoff brief is complete enough that the ops team can proceed without re-scoping

Tools you will use

  • Odoo CRM and Projects - full pipeline visibility and task management; B3+ proficiency required
  • Google Drive - discovery docs, scope outlines, multi-service proposals (you adapt templates, not just fill them)
  • Zalo and Email - primary channels for client and prospect communication in Vietnamese
  • LMC service menu - deep fluency across all service lines; able to construct custom deal structures
  • LMC pricing framework - apply hybrid pricing logic for complex deals; know the levers and their limits

Mastery level

  • Full command of the sales cycle from prospecting through close
  • Account management - builds and retains senior client relationships independently
  • Active listening - extracts the real problem, not just the stated ask
  • Sales data analysis - reads pipeline data and spots trends without prompting

Advanced level

  • Negotiation - handles complex counter-offers and protects deal integrity
  • Customer retention - proactively identifies at-risk relationships and acts
  • Lead generation and qualification - sets the standard others follow
  • Persuasive communication - written and verbal, Vietnamese and English
  • Sales pitch and presentation - comfortable presenting to brand owners and C-suite in Vietnamese
  • Sales planning - contributes to team targets and strategy, not just execution
  • Service portfolio knowledge - fluent across all LMC offerings and their commercial structures

Solid proficiency

  • Strategic thinking and risk management
  • Regulatory and compliance awareness: Vietnam eCommerce context
  • Odoo CRM and Project/Timesheet modules
  • Data visualisation - shapes dashboards and briefs that move decisions

What we look for

  • 3+ years in B2B sales, business development, or client success - eCommerce, agency, or tech services strongly preferred
  • Proven track record closing deals in the 20M - 100M VND/month range with multi-stakeholder decision-making
  • Can lead a discovery call, write a proposal, and close a contract without hand-holding
  • Comfortable presenting to C-suite or brand owners in Vietnamese; reads and applies English documentation
  • Has supported or reviewed junior sales staff on deals
  • Deep familiarity with Vietnam eCommerce: Shopee, TikTok Shop, marketplace dynamics, seasonal campaigns
  • Odoo CRM proficiency or ability to reach solid working level within 60 days
