Overview
This document defines what LMC’s Influencer & Creator Marketing service contains, how we deliver it, what the client receives, what it costs, and where its boundary sits. It is the source of truth for sales conversations, contract drafting, and delivery scope.
Influencer & Creator Marketing is part of LMC’s Brand & Creator Marketing family. It is the standalone option for clients who want brand-directed creator campaigns run without a full managed-store retainer.
What it is
Influencer & Creator Marketing is a brand-directed, fee-based creator service. We book and coordinate the KOL and KOC creators who put your brand in front of buyers - seeding, micro-influencer outreach, UGC, and KOL livestream bookings - so your brand builds reach and trust, whether or not you have a live store.
Influencer & Creator Marketing is right for you if:
- You want to choose the creators who represent your brand and book them for a defined campaign.
- You want to build reach, awareness, follower growth, or livestream sales through KOL/KOC creators.
- You want creator marketing run as either an ongoing retainer or a one-off campaign project.
- You are pre-launch or running your own store and want creator work handled without a managed-store retainer.
What it is not
Influencer & Creator Marketing is the wrong service if:
- You want a commission-based creator network where payout follows the sale - that is Affiliate Program Management, an open-network, pay-for-results model.
- You want your Shopee or TikTok Shop ads run - that is Paid Ads Management or Managed Marketplace Operations.
- You need your store run day-to-day (listings, inbox, orders) - that is Managed Marketplace Operations.
The distinction that matters most: this service is brand-directed and fee-based - you choose the creators, you pay a booking fee per creator. Affiliate Program Management is commission-based and open-network - creators self-enroll and earn per sale. They are different services, priced differently.
Process
We run creator campaigns in five stages. Stages 1 and 2 are front-loaded; Stages 3 and 4 run through the campaign; Stage 5 repeats monthly.
- Campaign brief (Week 1). We align on objective - awareness, reach, follower growth, conversion, or livestream sales - plus platform mix, creator budget, and creator role. The output is a written scope brief; the client confirms it before any creator is contracted.
- Creator scouting and shortlist (Week 1-2). We scout target-fit KOL/KOC profiles, shortlist 8-10 per batch, and deliver the shortlist to the client for approval. Every profile is screened for category fit, audience quality, engagement rate, and content style.
- Booking and coordination (ongoing). We contract approved creators, issue product briefs, coordinate seeding (product dispatch to creators), and book KOL livestream slots. LMC books creators who livestream - LMC does not host or run livestreams itself. We collect and review creator content against the brief before publish.
- UGC and Spark Ads (ongoing). We collect creator-generated content (UGC) and select top-performing posts for Spark Ads authorization where the client also runs ads.
- Monthly report. A monthly report covering reach, engagement rate, retention rate, content delivered, livestream results, creator performance ranking, and commentary on what changed and why.
Note on creator content: Creators produce their own content. LMC briefs, coordinates, reviews, and collects - LMC does not film or edit video. Graphic design and brand assets are available separately via the Design Service.

Price
Packaging mode: Retainer + percentage of creator budget. Sold as an ongoing retainer or a one-off campaign project.
GM-locked 2026-05-21.
| Component | Rate |
|---|---|
| Monthly retainer (ongoing mode) | 15,000,000 VND/month |
| Creator-budget coordination fee | 10% of creator budget |
| One-off campaign project | Scoped per campaign - retainer-equivalent + coordination fee |
| Minimum term (ongoing mode) | 3 months |
Coordination fee (GM-approved 2026-05-21): Creator (KOL/KOC) fees are not ad spend. LMC applies a 10% coordination fee on the creator budget. The hard red line is unchanged - platform ad spend is never marked up. Creator fees and platform ad spend are different things, and the 10% fee applies only to the creator budget.
Creator fee reimbursement: LMC pays creators on the client’s behalf; the client reimburses creator fees within 5 business days of invoice. Large creator programs require the client’s budget confirmed before contract.
Macro KOL (1M+ followers): scouting and contracting celebrity or top-tier influencers is separate scoping with GM approval - not covered by the standard rate.
All prices exclusive of VAT.
How it connects to the rest of LMC
Influencer & Creator Marketing is standard scope inside Managed Marketplace Operations - and therefore inside the bundles that embed it. This standalone service exists for clients who want brand-directed creator campaigns run without a managed-store retainer.
| Client situation | Recommended path | LMC service |
|---|---|---|
| Runs its own store, wants only creator campaigns handled | Standalone creator engagement | Influencer & Creator Marketing (this service) |
| Pre-launch brand, wants reach and trust built before launch | Standalone creator engagement | Influencer & Creator Marketing (this service) |
| Wants the full store operated day-to-day | Managed-store retainer (creator work included) | Managed Marketplace Operations |
| Wants a commission-based creator network, pay per sale | Open-network, pay-for-results | Affiliate Program Management |
| Wants Shopee / TikTok Shop ads run | Ad-account operation | Paid Ads Management or Managed Marketplace Operations |
If you are already a managed-store client, creator work is part of your retainer - there is no need to engage this service separately.
Out of scope
- Content production. Creators produce their own content. LMC briefs and coordinates; LMC does not film or edit video - produced-video needs are referred out. Graphic design and brand assets are available via the Design Service.
- Hosting or running livestreams. LMC books KOL creators who livestream. LMC does not host livestreams, operate a livestream studio, or supply livestream hosts itself.
- On-platform ad management. Shopee Ads and TikTok Shop Ads operation is Paid Ads Management or Managed Marketplace Operations. Spark Ads authorization of strong creator content is coordinated here; ad-account operation is not.
- Affiliate program management. Commission-based, open-network affiliate programs are the Affiliate Program Management service. This service is brand-directed, fee-based creator booking.
- Macro KOL and celebrity contracts. Standard scope is micro and mid-tier creators (roughly 10k-500k followers). Macro KOL (1M+) requires separate GM scoping.
- Store operations. Listings, store inbox, order management - that is Managed Marketplace Operations.
- Inventory ownership. LMC coordinates seeding dispatch; samples pass through at cost. LMC never owns, holds, or funds inventory.
- Advertising budget. Platform ad spend is funded by the client directly and never marked up. Creator fees are reimbursed by the client per the terms above.
- Guaranteed reach, view, or conversion outcomes. LMC commits to executing the process and delivering the Proof artifacts. Platform distribution and content performance are subject to variables outside LMC’s control.
