Overview
This document defines what LMC’s Paid Ads Management service contains, how we deliver it, what the client receives, and where its scope ends. It is the source of truth for sales conversations, contract drafting, and delivery scope.
Paid Ads Management is one of five a-la-carte Marketplace Operations services. It is also a component bundled inside Managed Marketplace Operations. This page covers the standalone version - the lower-commitment option for clients who want their ads run without a full operations retainer. It supersedes the CM1 (Ads Only) tier of the retired Campaign Management card.
What it is
Paid Ads Management is the paid-traffic step. It answers one question: “Is my Shopee Ads and TikTok Shop Ads spend being deployed efficiently?”
LMC runs your Shopee Ads and TikTok Shop Ads - account structure, bidding, budget allocation, weekly optimization - so your ad spend converts efficiently, whether or not LMC manages the rest of your store.
Paid Ads Management is right for you if:
- You have a live store with listed products and want to run paid traffic to it.
- Your monthly ad spend is at or above the minimum managed-spend floor (see Price).
- You want a specialist managing bids, budgets, and creatives weekly, with transparent reporting.
- You run your own store operations but want ads handled by an expert.
What it is not
Paid Ads Management is the wrong service if:
- Your monthly ad spend is below the minimum floor - the engagement is not economically viable; route to Advisory for a scoped ad consultation instead.
- You want your store inbox, listings, and promotions managed too - that is Managed Marketplace Operations.
- You need Meta, Google, YouTube, or Zalo ads - off-platform channels require separate scoping.
- You want affiliate creators or KOLs driving sales - that is Affiliate Program Management or Influencer & Creator Marketing.
- You expect a guaranteed ROAS - platform CPM, algorithm distribution, and content performance are outside LMC’s control.
On ad spend: All platform ad spend is topped up by the client directly in their own Ads Manager. LMC manages deployment and strategy only. LMC does not hold, advance, or mark up ad funds. This is a hard red line.
Process
A retainer with a structured weekly and monthly cycle.
- Ad brief and access (Week 1). We align on the objective (conversion, traffic, reach), the monthly ad spend commitment, target SKUs, and a campaign naming convention. Full Ads Manager access is confirmed - no proxy access. A written scope brief is issued; you confirm it before any spend begins.
- Account structure and setup (Week 1-2). We build the campaign structure, audience targeting, and bid strategy, and take creative intake from your existing assets.
- Weekly optimization (ongoing). Every 7 days we review live performance: pause underperforming creatives and keywords, reallocate budget to top performers, and adjust bids and targeting. A CPM or delivery anomaly above a 50% threshold triggers a client notification before further spend.
- Monthly report. A structured report by the 5th of the following month: spend, ROAS, CPM, top and bottom campaigns, spend efficiency, and commentary on what changed and why.
What this means for you: your ads are reviewed and adjusted every week, not set and forgotten. You fund and own the ad account; LMC owns the strategy and the optimization work.
Deliverables
On engagement and through the cycle, you receive:
- Ad scope brief - written, agreed before kickoff.
- Campaign structure document - account map and naming convention.
- Weekly optimization log - recorded as an Odoo task record, available on request.
- Monthly performance report - spend, ROAS, CPM, campaign ranking, and commentary.
Price
Packaging mode: Retainer plus a percentage of managed ad spend.

The managed-spend fee is charged on the ad budget LMC deploys; it is not a markup on the ad spend itself. The client pays the platform directly for all ad spend.
Below the minimum spend: an engagement below 50,000,000 VND / month of managed spend is not economically viable at this fee structure. Route the client to Advisory (Specialist tier) for a scoped ad consultation instead.

How it connects to the rest of LMC
Paid Ads Management is the traffic engine. It works best on a store that is already structurally sound.

If you want ads run as one part of full store management, that is Managed Marketplace Operations - on-site ad management is included inside it. This standalone service is for clients who want ads run without the full retainer.
Out of scope
- Advertising budget. The client funds their own ad accounts. LMC does not advance, hold, or mark up ad spend. Hard red line.
- Store operations. Listing management, the store inbox, and campaign and promotion orchestration within a live store are Managed Marketplace Operations scope.
- Creative production. LMC deploys existing assets. Graphic ad creative is available via the Design Service. Ad photography and video are not an LMC capability - client-supplied or referred out.
- Off-platform ad channels. Meta (Facebook / Instagram) Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and Zalo Ads require separate scoping and GM pre-approval. They are not covered under this rate card.
- Affiliate and creator campaigns. TikTok Shop affiliate programs and KOL / KOC work are the Affiliate Program Management and Influencer & Creator Marketing services.
- Guaranteed ROAS, reach, or conversion outcomes. LMC commits to executing the defined process and delivering the defined Proof artifacts. Platform CPM, algorithm distribution, and content performance are subject to variables outside LMC’s control. Monthly reports track results transparently.
How to engage
- Book a 30-minute scoping call - free. We confirm your monthly ad spend is at or above the 50M floor, agree the objective, and quote the retainer plus fee.
- Receive scope of work and contract. Engagement begins on signature and deposit; the minimum term is 3 months.
- Ad brief and access - written scope confirmed, Ads Manager access granted.
- Account structure and setup - campaigns built; spend begins only after you confirm the brief.
- Weekly optimization runs continuously; monthly report by the 5th.
