Overview
This document defines what the Launch Starter Pack contains, how LMC delivers it, what the client receives, and what sits outside scope. It is the source of truth for sales conversations, contract drafting, and delivery scoping.
The Launch Starter Pack is a fixed-SKU Solution: Market Research, Store Build & UX, and a 3-month Managed Marketplace Operations sprint, packaged at one price. It is the lowest-risk entry point on the LMC service ladder for a brand that is pre-launch or re-launching.
What it is - and is not
The Launch Starter Pack takes a brand from “we have a product” to “we have a store with early revenue and real performance data.” It validates the market, builds the store, and runs the first three months on platform under one fixed price.
The Launch Starter Pack is right for you if:
- You are pre-launch in Vietnam and want research-grounded confidence before you spend on a build.
- You are re-launching a brand or platform and want a clean restart with operations from day one.
- You want a fixed, predictable price for the whole launch, with no NMV commission while you find your feet.
- You want one partner across research, build, and early operations - not three separate engagements.
The Launch Starter Pack is the wrong fit if:
- You already have a live store and just need the growth part - route to standalone Managed Marketplace Operations.
- You want to launch on more than one platform at once - the bundle covers a single platform.
- You need a 24-month embedded relationship from the start - that is the Full-Stack Partnership.
We will tell you if you are on the wrong rung. The bundle is for pre-launch or re-launch only; post-launch brands are routed to the right standalone service.
Process
The Launch Starter Pack runs in four stages.
- Research first. Market Research T1 (Market Pulse) runs as the entry step - a GO / NO-GO decision grounded in category sizing, competitor mapping, and demand signal. Clients who want a full GTM blueprint can upgrade to T2 (Growth Blueprint) at signing for +53M VND. The store build does not begin until research is delivered and the client confirms GO.
- Store Build. A flagship store on Shopee or TikTok Shop - one platform - built to the LMC golden standard. The client supplies brand and product assets, or commissions graphics and brand identity via LMC’s Design Service (a separate a-la-carte engagement, not part of the bundle price). Product photography is client-supplied.
- 3-month Managed Marketplace Operations sprint. The full standard Managed Marketplace Operations service from launch day: listings and keyword optimization, on-site advertising management, campaign and promotional orchestration, market intelligence (one quarterly research cycle plus monthly competitor tracking), affiliate and creator marketing, buyer engagement (light shared-pool chat), and the Monthly NMV Report with performance commentary. NMV commission is waived for the sprint.
- Sprint close (Month 3). The client receives an end-of-sprint performance summary and a continuing-engagement proposal. There is no auto-renewal - the next engagement is an explicit decision, not a default.
What this means for you: you launch with a validated thesis, a properly built store, and three months of real platform data - all under one contract and one fixed price.

What the bundle saves vs a la carte

The bundle at 84M VND is roughly a 35M discount on the fixed components, plus the NMV commission waiver. The commission waiver is the larger saving on revenue-strong launches; the fixed-price discount is the larger saving on smaller launches.
Interaction with the LMC Research Guarantee
The Market Research fee credit-back (LMC Research Guarantee) does not apply on top of this bundle - the bundle price already absorbs the Market Research credit. A client who buys the bundle at 84M is not separately entitled to credit the 39M MR fee against future engagements.
If a client prefers the standalone path (Market Research T1 separately, then a qualifying Managed Marketplace Operations engagement later), the Research Guarantee applies normally per the Market Research card. The bundle and the standalone-with-guarantee route are alternatives; clients pick one.
Standalone-T1 client moving to the bundle: A client who already bought Market Research T1 standalone and then wants the Launch Starter Pack pays the bundle price minus the T1 already delivered: 84,000,000 - 39,000,000 = 45,000,000 VND. The T1 research is not re-run.
Interaction with the LMC Store Commitment
The LMC Store Commitment (free Store Build on a 12-month Managed Marketplace Operations retainer) does not stack with this bundle. Store Build is already discounted inside the 84M bundle price; clients cannot also claim the standalone Store Commitment mechanic.

How it connects to the rest of LMC
The Launch Starter Pack is the pre-launch entry point of the LMC graduation ladder. It is designed to convert into ongoing operations.

Graduation path: the Month 3 performance summary is the designed sales trigger. A brand with real platform data and a working store is ready to make an informed decision about a continuing retainer - and onboarding is not charged twice.
Out of scope
- Operations beyond 3 months. Month 4 onward requires a separate Managed Marketplace Operations contract. The bundle does not auto-convert to a retainer.
- Multi-platform store builds. The bundle covers one platform - Shopee or TikTok Shop. A second platform requires an additional Store Build SKU (20M VND, or free under the standalone Store Commitment with a separate 12-month Managed Marketplace Operations retainer; the Store Commitment does not stack with this bundle).
- Content production. Not included in the bundle price. Banner and graphic design are available separately via the Design Service; product photography and copywriting are client-supplied.
- 3PL Fulfillment. 3PL coordination is not in the bundle. If the client needs fulfillment, route to the Fulfillment & Ops (3PL) service as a parallel engagement.
- Brand Protection. Not included. If the client has IP exposure or counterfeit risk at launch, route to Brand Protection as a parallel engagement.
- Amazon and Lazada. Bundle platforms are Shopee and TikTok Shop only. Other platforms require explicit scoping with HoD approval.
- Shorter sprints. The 3-month sprint window is fixed. 1- and 2-month variants produce inconclusive performance data and are not offered.
- Month 3 performance commitments. The bundle delivers operations, not guaranteed revenue outcomes. The end-of-sprint summary reports actual results; LMC does not warrant a minimum NMV.
How to engage
- Book a 30-minute scoping call - free. We confirm the bundle is the right fit (pre-launch or re-launch), and recommend the T1 or T2 research path.
- Receive scope of work and contract. Engagement begins on signature and deposit.
- Market Research runs first. The store build begins only after research is delivered and the client confirms GO.
- Store Build to the LMC golden standard on the chosen platform.
- 3-month Managed Marketplace Operations sprint runs from launch day, with no NMV commission.
- Sprint close (Month 3): end-of-sprint performance summary and a continuing-engagement proposal.
