Overview

This document defines what LMC’s Store Build & UX service contains, how we deliver it, what the client receives, and where its scope ends. It is the source of truth for sales conversations, contract drafting, and delivery scope.

Store Build & UX is one of five a-la-carte Marketplace Operations services. It is also a component bundled inside Managed Marketplace Operations. This page covers the standalone, one-shot version - the lower-commitment option for clients who want a credible store built without signing a managed retainer.

What it is

Store Build & UX is the foundation step. It answers one question: “Is my Shopee or TikTok Shop storefront credible and conversion-ready before I spend on growth?”

LMC builds or rebuilds your Shopee or TikTok Shop storefront to an industrial golden standard - fully configured, visually decorated, and product-listed - so you have a credible store before any growth work begins. Go-live within 30 days of asset receipt.

Store Build & UX is right for you if:

  • You have an active Seller Center account but no store, or a store that looks unfinished.
  • You are launching on Shopee or TikTok Shop and want the storefront done correctly the first time.
  • You have an underperforming store that needs a structural rebuild, not just a listing tune-up.
  • You want a clean handoff into operations - run by your own team or by LMC.

What it is not

Store Build & UX is the wrong service if:

  • You have no Seller Center account yet - the platform account is a prerequisite; the engagement cannot begin without it.
  • You only need existing listings rewritten and re-ranked, with the store structure intact - start with Product Listing Optimization.
  • You need a custom corporate website or D2C storefront - that is Website Development, a separate LMC service.
  • You want someone to run ads and operations after launch - that is Managed Marketplace Operations.

Process

Five stages, from receipt of brief to handoff.

  1. Baseline audit. We document the current Seller Center state before touching anything, and flag any existing active products or prior configuration to you in writing. Nothing is changed without a clear record of what was there.
  2. Store configuration. Shop profile, shipping carriers, return policy, payment verification, and sub-account access confirmation.
  3. Asset coordination. We receive finished creative assets - either client-supplied, or graphic and brand assets produced separately via LMC’s Design Service. Store Build does not produce assets within this service. Product photography is always client-supplied.
  4. Build and decoration. We upload and optimize every SKU in scope, apply store decoration (logo, cover banner, featured collections), and run mobile preview QA.
  5. Pre-launch QA and handoff. A 12-point QA checklist, a 4-shot launch screenshot pack, and a handoff confirmation to you - and to the Managed Marketplace Operations team if you continue into a retainer.

What this means for you: the build follows a fixed, documented sequence. You see the baseline before we start and a signed QA checklist before we finish. There is no ambiguity about what state the store was in or what state it ships in.

Deliverables

On completion, you receive:

  • A configured, decorated, live store on Shopee or TikTok Shop.
  • Launch screenshot pack - 4 shots documenting the final state.
  • SKU upload confirmation - all products listed, variants verified.
  • Pre-launch QA sign-off document - the 12-point checklist, signed by a Head of Department or Client Manager.
  • Seller Center sub-account access confirmed in your name.

The store and its access remain yours. There is no lock-in: if you do not continue into a retainer, the store is fully operable by your own team.

Scope basis: one platform, one store, up to 50 SKUs per agreed brief.

Multi-platform builds are priced as separate services. Shopee + TikTok Shop = 2 Store Build services at 20,000,000 VND each, or 2 free builds under the LMC Store Commitment. Catalogs above 50 SKUs require separate scoping and Head of Department approval before quoting; overflow SKUs are not absorbed into the fixed price.

How it connects to the rest of LMC

Store Build & UX is the on-ramp. It produces the asset that every other Marketplace Operations service then works on.

If you want the full managed retainer, the cleanest path is the LMC Store Commitment: commit to 12 months of Managed Marketplace Operations and the build is free.

Out of scope

  • Platform account creation or registration. You must have an active Seller Center account before engagement starts. No account means the engagement cannot begin.
  • Content production. Store Build receives finished assets and does not produce them within this service. Banner and graphic design are available separately via the Design Service. Product photography and copywriting are client-supplied.
  • Day-to-day performance marketing. Ads, promotions, and campaign management after launch are Managed Marketplace Operations scope, or the standalone Paid Ads Management service.
  • Brand compliance or IP / trademark checks. We flag obvious issues if spotted during the build. Formal enforcement is Brand Protection scope, not included here.
  • Multi-platform builds priced as one. Shopee + TikTok Shop are two separate services at 20,000,000 VND each.
  • SKU count above 50. Standard scope covers up to 50 SKUs. Larger catalogs require separate scoping and Head of Department approval.
  • Ongoing store maintenance. Post-handoff edits, banner refreshes, and SKU updates are not included. They are covered under the Managed Marketplace Operations retainer if you continue into one.
  • Amazon, Lazada, or other platforms. Current capability is Shopee + TikTok Shop only. Other platforms require explicit scoping and Head of Department pre-approval before quoting.

  5. Pre-launch QA and handoff - signed 12-point checklist, screenshot pack, sub-account access confirmed.
  6. Optional next step: continue into Managed Marketplace Operations, or take a standalone service for ads, listings, or buyer engagement.
